First, the electric sliding door is divided into one-way push-pull and two-way push-pull. There are 15 kinds of door types in one-way push-pull, and 18 kinds of door types in two-way push-pull. All the holes have door mounting on the outside of the wall and the inside of the outer wall. They are M and MN respectively, and the one-way sliding door type MD inside and outside the wall has two types of left-hand push-pull and right-hand push-pull.

Second, the door type code meaning

M (outer side of the outer wall) 1, MD one-way push and pull; 2, MS two-way push and pull; category number 1 is the general door type, category number 2 is the heat preservation door type

MN (inside the outer wall) 1, MND one-way push-pull; 2, MNS two-way push-pull; category number 1 is the general door type, category number 2 is the insulated door type

Third, materials and production

1. The door frame skeleton cover material is cold-rolled square steel pipe and hot-rolled angle steel and flat steel. The general door type door leaf material is 1.2-thick cold-rolled steel plate or other plates, which are connected by electric welding or screws, rivets and door leaf frame. The insulated door leaf material is a metal polystyrene foam sandwich panel or a color steel rock wool filled sandwich panel.

2. The door leaf frame is arc welded and the welding rod is E4303.

3. The door leaf frame should be staked on the flat field. All kinds of steels need to be straightened and then unloaded. If there is deformation after welding, it should be corrected. After the door leaf is processed, it does not exceed the diagonal of the door frame every 1000±1.2; the length and width are 1000±1; the plane leaf torsion is not more than 8.
