The process of installing the fixed glass part:

(1) Positioning and releasing line: According to the design requirements of the construction drawing, the center line of the installation position of the full glass door and the fixed glass part are popped up, and the position line of the sliding door leaf is pushed;

(2) Install the limit groove at the top of the glass door frame (if it is a stainless steel groove, pay attention to the surface without scratching when installing), the width of the limit groove should be greater than 2~4mm of the thickness of the glass, and the groove depth is 10~20mm;

(3) Install a vertical frame and a middle frame and a small door frame;

(4) fixed bottom support;

(5) Correct the size of the on-site glass;

(6) Install the glass plate: use a glass suction cup to suck the glass plate, then place the glass in place, first insert the glass plate into the limit groove on the ground part of the door frame, and then install the stainless steel on the bottom of the glass plate on the bottom of the glass plate. The bag faces the mouth seam;

(7) glue sealing: the gap of the glass door and the gap of each part are glued and sealed. When the glass door is glued, the movement should be uniform, so that the glass glue forms a uniform straight line at the gap. The plastic blade scrapes off excess glass glue.
