Aluminum Alloy High Speed Insulated Spiral Shutter Door 

Spiral hard fast doors are also known as aluminum alloy quick doors, referred to as hard shutters. It is a new type of metal quick door with anti-theft and high temperature partition. ---Motor system
Absolute servo motor system consists of: rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor; imported absolute encoder; power brake system; large inertia planetary reducer; manual release mechanism; fault manual device.The overload capability is strong, and the switch can work more than 2000 times a day in some high-frequency occasions. High resolution absolute encoder with 2000 lines. A manual release mechanism is used.

---Lifting mechanism

---Curtain mechanism
The control system is divided into several parts: aluminum alloy curtain, soft joint rubber strip, load-bearing rubber chain and guide wheel.

• 1, aluminum alloy curtain thickness 1-200mm, the surface is anodized and organic coloring treatment, tensile strength exceeds 230B/MPA in line with GB/T5237.1-5-2000 standard color for bus ash, as well as aluminum alloy sand white, Chinese red two optional colors;

---Security system

• 1. Infrared safety protection electric eye: There are pairs of radio eyes on both sides of the door frame. There are objects under the fast door to keep the door open. When the door body descends, there is an object passing under it, and the door body will open to the most open position. The time delay then decreases.
• 2, the bottom safety protection side: When the door body is falling, because the object is in the blind zone of infrared safety protection, when the door body is pressed under the obstacle, the door body speed rebounds at the most open door, the object under the effective policyholder or Pedestrians avoid accidents.
• 3, light curtain protection system: This configuration is the most effective security protection method unique to BAST industrial door.
