Automatic industrial upgrading doors

The door panel of the lifting door is made of metal plates such as color steel plates and aluminum plates, and some of them are sandwiched with insulating material polyurethane or other materials, which are mostly used for warehouse doors. The industrial door machine is mainly used for industrial doors with balance springs in workshops and warehouses of factories and mines. 1) Main function features of the lifting door machine:

1 Electric control box: The electric control box controls the three buttons of opening, closing and stopping separately; it has various interfaces such as infrared and airbag.

2 )Remote control: Adopt rolling code remote control, no re-code, with good security.
3 )Emergency stop button: The emergency stop button is set on the control box. In case of emergency, the power of the control circuit can be quickly cut off to protect people and machines.
4) Automatic brake system: The motor is equipped with an automatic brake system, which can achieve fast braking and accurate positioning.
5) Quick release handle: With quick release handle, it can quickly separate the door from the machine for easy installation and maintenance.
6 )Manual chain: In the case of power failure, etc., the door can be manually opened and closed.

Lift door panels and accessories:

Reinforcement: A wider door, or a door containing a small door and a plurality of small windows, is provided with a reinforcing member inside the door panel, which can strengthen the overall strength of the door body, enhance the wind load resistance, or prevent the door from being fully opened.
