Technical Descriptions:

Self-Recovery Rapid Door motor

Brake motor or SERVO motor. Work power source 220V/50Hz or 380V/50Hz. The power 0.55-1.5KW; F: IP55. Operating temperature: -30-60 degree Celsius.

Control panel
Italy brand SERVO control panel. With more accurate controlling of motor running than traditional encoder control. And Human-Machine Interface display is equipped, to make the daily operation and setting much easier. There is Fault Self-checking program and shows error codes when there is fault.
Air-tight design
Special zipper design structure, connects the fabric and guide rails as a whole body, eliminating gap between them. It obviously improves overall seal performance and air tightness.

Self-repair design
A flexible torsion spring is adopted as bottom balance weight, instead of hard aluminum alloy profile of regular rapid doors. When there is a collision accident by forklift or other objects, the door will not be damaged. And it can recover automatically or semi-automatically under hand assistance. This design effectively reduces the maintenance and repair work caused by collisions.

It includes two guide rails, one top cover and one motor cover.
Standard material: Galvanized steel, surface is painted; Optional material: 304 stainless steel
Thickness: 2.0mm for guide rails, 1.5mm for top cover and motor cover.
Auto-recovery rapid door PVC Fabric: 
Material: PVC Fabric; Thickness available:0.8mm, 1.0mm,1.2mm and 1.5mm; Colors available: Blue/Yellow/ Red/Grey/White/Full Clear. The price of Full clear is higher than others by 5%. All other colors are with same price.

It is made of reinforced PVC, with flexible weighted soft bottom edge.
